About Jericho Drive-In Theatre
Jericho Drive-In Theatre has operated in Glenmont — just south of Albany in Albany County — since 1956, giving Capital Region residents one of the most conveniently located drive-in options in the state. The single-screen theater has weathered decades of change in the film industry and remains a genuine neighborhood institution. Sound is broadcast on 98.9 FM in stereo; in a charming nod to drive-in history, Jericho also provides a 530 AM signal for vintage vehicle owners whose cars predate the FM radio era. Adult tickets are $9, children are $5, and kids under 5 are free. Glenmont's proximity to Albany, Delmar, and the broader Capital District makes Jericho an easy evening outing for a region that has long supported drive-in cinema as part of its summer culture.
