The Ocala Drive-In at 4850 South Pine Avenue has been a Marion County staple since 1948, surviving multiple closures to reopen stronger each time—most recently in 2011. Two screens run nightly first-run double features, with sound broadcast via FM radio. Gates open at 7:00 PM every night of the year, including all holidays, rain or shine. Well-behaved leashed pets are welcome. The full-menu concession stand offers pizza, burgers, fries, and salads alongside classic theater snacks. Every vehicle is required to purchase a concession voucher (usable as cash at the snack bar) regardless of outside food.
