Originally opened in 1953 near Kentucky Lake in Marshall County, the Calvert Drive-In was purchased and lovingly reopened under new ownership in June 2023. The current owners preserved the venue's classic character, including approximately 270 working vintage pole speakers — a rare amenity at modern drive-ins — alongside the standard FM audio option. Known locally for its famous cheeseburgers, the Calvert Drive-In is a western Kentucky destination drawing visitors from the surrounding Kentucky Lake resort region.
